A workshop on puberty and how to deal with it for people with autism spectrum disorder (females)

Puberty is considered an important and sensitive age stage for girls. This stage extends from 12 or 13 years, and for some girls, the first menstrual cycle may begin at the age of 8 or 9 years. While others may not receive it until they are 15 or 17 years old, and at this stage the girl witnesses many major changes and challenges, on the physical, psychological and social levels, and she must obtain appropriate health and social care to overcome this stage and live with it with complete independence and this is done through: Training and supporting parents with strategies and methods that help them train girls coming to this stage.
